Information we receive
- Business contact information and messages sent by email.
- Billing and transaction records provided by a payment processor.
- Written scope, authority, and retirement instructions.
- Public URLs and approved business materials submitted for an order.
- Service, support, correction, and acceptance records.
Do not send passwords, payment-card data, health information, government identifiers, consumer financial records, or other sensitive regulated information.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, qualify and scope work, invoice, deliver and support accepted orders, protect the service, maintain accounting and legal records, and improve internal methods using de-identified operational learning.
Qualification-form submissions are processed by our website hosting and form provider.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only to service providers needed to operate the business, when directed or authorized by the customer, to protect rights or security, or when required by law.
Customer files and retention
Customer source files are deleted or returned no later than 30 days after acceptance, cancellation, or refund unless an earlier date or another lawful period applies. Minimal inquiry, contract, billing, support, security, and dispute records may be retained as reasonably necessary.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the limited information we accept. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Choices and requests
Request access, correction, or deletion of business contact information by emailing support@proofoffboard.com. We will verify the request before acting and may retain records required for legal or operational reasons.
Commercial email
You may opt out of promotional email using the message instructions or by emailing contact@proofoffboard.com. Transactional and service messages may continue when needed for an order, payment, support, or security.
Children and changes
ProofOffBoard is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children. We may update this notice as the service changes; the posted date identifies the current version.
